The location of this hotel is excellent. It is conveniently situated close to the train station, making it easy to access transportation options to explore the nearby area. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the breakfast offered at this hotel is fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisines to satisfy different tastes.

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent facilities, including a whirlpool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

One downside is that the air conditioning in the rooms doesn't seem to cool below 70F, which can make sleeping a bit uncomfortable for those who prefer cooler temperatures.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the free shuttle bus and close proximity to Shinagawa Station, making transportation convenient. The spacious and comfortable rooms were definitely value for money.

The fitness facility could use some improvement, as it only offers limited equipment. It would be great to see a wider range of exercise options available to guests.
