The fitness center only had basic equipment and lacked weight machines. the hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. It is conveniently situated close to the train station, making it easy to access transportation options to explore the nearby area. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel is fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisines to satisfy different tastes. The staff are friendly and obliging, providing a warm welcome and assistance throughout my stay.

Additionally, the hotel offers excellent facilities, including a whirlpool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

One downside is that the air conditioning in the rooms doesn't seem to cool below 70F, which can make sleeping a bit uncomfortable for those who prefer cooler temperatures.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the free shuttle bus and close proximity to Shinagawa Station, making transportation convenient. The spacious and comfortable rooms were definitely value for money.
